Peter and Marie Young started Grey Stack Cellars as a way to showcase the untapped potential of Bennett Valley and Dry Stack Vineyard. 25 years before, Matanzas Creek had shown that Bennett Valley was capable of growing remarkable wine, we hoped to continue that endeavor.
