Farming is at the heart of Grey Stack Cellars efforts. Chris Bowland, our vineyard manager, is the foundation of all our winemaking efforts. He has farmed Dry Stack Vineyard for us for years. He also farms several other vineyards in Bennett Valley that we get fruit from from. Our vineyard sources have been carefully selected to reflect the different micro-climates Benentt Valley has to offer.
